Managing a chronic health condition can be tough. There are always medications to take and doctors’ appointments to remember. Sometimes it can feel like an exhausting, full-time job.

  • Can we use smartphone technology to reduce the burden of medication management and shape health behaviors?

  • Hero Digital was tapped to create an app and lifestyle coaching solution for a first-in-class FDA-cleared weight management device. My role was to create mindfulness and behavior change content experiences within the app to promote the desired changes in users’ health metrics.
